I hear that alot. But considering my conversation with him this morning, I might actually have to really listen to him this time. I have this macho tendency to "push the envelope" on my recovery/rehab schedule. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that repairing any damage to the repair he just did was "difficult if not impossible".

I guess I'll listen...

And thanks for the well-wishes from everyone. I really appreciate it. I really missed all of you at the missed Dragon Run-even those of you I haven't met yet. I'll fix that in the spring!

No driving for 3 weeks. THAT truly sucks.

The nurses were not pretty, but thet were very nice. No joy.

I hear ya, it is hard to listen and obey doctors sometimes....

As to the nurses, think of the alternatives.....

Have a good recovery and take it easy!

Here's to a speedy recovery Max! The no driving for three weeks will be a blip in the rear view mirror.

Oh, I bet your wife had something to do with the looks of those nurses.

Well, well......he LIVES!!!

Sorry I didn't spot this post earlier, Max. I'm glad you're up & eating (those nurses aren't feeding you, are they?); soon you'll be hiking down the hospital hallways, IV bottle in tow, spreading cheer & goodwill wherever you travel !

I'm sure you're more than thrilled to head back in another 3 months .

I wish you a speedy & uneventful recovery, my friend!!

P.S.

This "recovery" doesn't include a ban on curds, does it??

WHAT?

With those awful hospital gowns that are open in back?????

Cheer and Goodwill? I can't imagine I'd be spreading anything but "shock and awe" in that situation....
