I dated a girl who was a waitress when I was in college, and I'll tell you if I didn't trust her 100% it would have been hard to watch her wait tables, she flirted a lot...but made great money.

 

She didnt get any more tip than if she hadnt flirted.... my wife used to be a waitress also... I always caught heck from her cause I didnt tip enough.....
