It's rather interesting. It's was one of those "We were just messing around in the studio" things, never really intended for release. The original video was just a quick, thrown together thing with the lyrics kind of scrolling around on the screen. It's a pretty catchy tune, in spite of the lyrical content. As a result, it got some ridiculous number of hits in just a couple of weeks (like 40 million or something). So, the studio decided they wanted to make an "official" video (the one linked), as well as record and release a radio friendly version ("Forget You") ... which really kind of misses the point, right? I mean, that's exactly what you'd say in a situation like that. As it is not referencing sexual content, it actually would pass the FCC guidelines.

That chick looks like she used to be, or still is, a man!
