I'm not one to pray, but I do think on occasion, so... putting my thoughts our there in the hope of things getting better as quickly as possible.

With that, thinking of you Vince. Be well soon.

Hey Vince, good vibes coming at you. I've been through back surgery and know there is nothing funny about it. Hope each day finds you a little better.

Well, I have thoughts and I DO pray... and I have had back trouble - so count me in!

Like the others, I too met him at the Dragon and talked briefly...heck of a nice guy as I remember.
The best of luck to him and his family and he'll be in my thoughts as well.
keep us posted Rudy

All,
Rudy and I were finally able to talk with Vince on Saturday night. He was still in ICU and was being moved to another hospital for surgery on Sunday. All in all his spirits are really good. He will still be in ICU after his surgery and they will be moving him back to the hospital he was at on Saturday.
The doctors don't sound like they are being overly optimistic but Vince has proved them wrong before. Vince is one tough soldier and has more determination than anyone I think I know.
There is not hardly anytime during my day that I don't think about him and his family. Please keep them in your prayers and as soon as we hear more we will post.
God speed Vince; you're in our hearts!
Please stay safe...
Respectfully,

I've never met Vince, or anyone on this forum for that matter, but I do believe in the power of prayer.
Vince,
There are a lot of people here praying for your full recovery. Miracles happen. I have seen them. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Again, I only briefly talked to him at the fall dragon where I believe he mentioned his back and I briefly told him about my surgery and the success just about 9 months prior to my retirement. I can only hope his is one that easily repaired to allow him to walk and function soon.
We're all still thinking of you Vince.
Vince,
I'm following this thread closely and have you in my thoughts.
Hoping to join you again next summer for some more road trips.
