The dude jumping the bike onto, then back off the building was freakin' amazing. With jumps like that, or the dude who jumped from one building to another, it's all about commitment. You can't "try" it, you can't do it half assed. You just have to trust you have everything figured out and go for it. That takes huge ***** with those kinds of jumps.
