Kyle Bush - What a moron
Kyle got busted this week doing 128 MPH in a 45 MPH residential zone. I hope that he gets the punishment that he deserves in this case, and not get any preferential treatment due to being a NASCAR celebrity. He was driving a 375K Lexus LFA..... Nice toy! I am looking forward to a great race this weekend and hopefully a win for my driver.... Cousin Carl.
Stunt Driving - as Ontario law has termed this type of speeding infraction, results in roadside seizure of the vehicle and upon conviction might likley result in the vehicle being crushed. Appropriate I'd say, unless there was a reason to dismiss the charge altogether!

Good luck to your cousin bmorgan!
Pot calling the kettle black here fellas...I have witnessed a lot worse with a "non experienced" driver....not a Bush fan....but, hey, what do I know...I gave "little Al" a break, 80 in a 50 towing jet skis...lol....
Normally, I don't want to judge anyone, but in this case, since he's an ambassador of the sport and a licensed race driver to boot, I think that NASCAR should suspend his license if the courts won;t do it. Too, I think it is encumbent on the team pricipal/owner to yank him out of the seat and suspend his pay until everyone is satisfied that he can proprely represent the sponsors and the fans.
If I'm correct, such a convinction in Canada also results in a dangerous driving offence which falls under the Federal Criminal code. That would never be expunged and insurance rates? Whoa!!
I wonder where the team principal/owner and the sponsors will land on this if he's found guilty? Time to be looking for another driver I'd say. Pull his racing license, his ride, his sponsorship. Send him to Ken Schrader's Racing Ambassador school to learn a bit about public demeaner and responsibiility.
Bush is no celebrity. He's just an embarassment to everyone who spent 1 cent on his career. I know what I'd do if he wanted me to sponsor him. I guess it's time to look up who his sponsors are and draft a letter or two.
