John Rides the BIG WHITE CHIKIN
I got to hang out with my very good friends Jim (BIGKID) and John Book today at the Dragon . I experenced several mile stones today one of which was driving Jims SRT Coupe Awesome car and the Power with the paddle shift and trans mod is at the top of my do list for my 6 , great rush , and also the Nick Dragon Drift with Jim and myself taking my Roadster for a g-force ride and a little un-planned Drifting but all was good. no LEO's made for a great day in the mountians. and then to top it off a trip up the road to nowhere , in Bryson City , and then the Chickin Ride..

Howard and Jim, had a great time today except for being talked into that whole chicken thing Life is full of regrets and that is one of them, lol. I can't wait to see those stolen rims on your car they are going to look great!!!

 

We were at the Dragon yesterday evening. Went to the NOC to get a bite and then rode the tail for the first time. It was sunset and great...... Maybe we'll see you next. Mine's an Aero Blue SRT-6

What a great day in the mountains with good friends. I was told the leaves were beautiful. The ride up the Dragon had to be the most all out assualt on that road by a driver who is not a professional that I have ever witnessed. The 4 wheel power slides just kept comming. It is really a different feeling in the right seat. Even with all the sliding and howling tires the car felt in control.......barely. I never got to the point of prayer but I was close in one right hander when the rear end was out about 45* and over the screching tires and screaming supercharger Howard said "Man I really need some new tires". Howard you are the man.

At the turn around Howard said you are driving back thru. I didn't say so but I thought that was the BEST idea I had heard all day. LOL

John's son Ben joined us at lunch and made the run on the road to no where with us. We had a fun run and it was good to see Ben again.

Now about that chicken sitting. There is just something inherently wrong with that photo. And there is most probably a local law against it. When Linda saw the photo she said.....and he is a law officer, there is something scary about that.

Thanks to all of you for a memorable day. We should do it more often.
