Jus' Sayin.

BTW, so far no one has spoken anything about politics here. But you.

Please, with all due respect, whether it is ignorance of the subject or an intolerance of the subject, that certainly doesn't' belong here on the forum, would you not agree?

I think my point has gone right over your head.

The Mods will not chastise him for brutish behavior, but simply shut down an honest, and otherwise appropriate, conversation between friends of like mind..

Seems it is always done this way. Particularly by members who do not attend national events or participate in face to face meetings. There are several names for that behavior Nick. I will leave to your imagination.

And with that comment, I look forward to our next GTG where we can share a drink and have a respectful interchange of ideas on this subject.

In the meanwhile consider this; If matter can begin spontaneously, and then evolve, by what logic cannot God? Love to hear your concepts on the subject.

I am so glad you've got me and my intentions all figured out Franc.

BTW....you may want to read some of the National Meet threads to see which ones I've attended ...... before you start to call me "one of those names", as I've been to several National, International and attend numerous regional events. Oh but you have not been in attendance at any of them, were you?
Again, so glad you've got me all figured out.
Just like you have everything else...all figured out. LOL

Suggestion.

If one wishes to pursue and argument during a thread discussion, particularly off topic, why not use the tools given and send a PM.

I realize such skills like snarky wi,t personal attacks, and insults, cannot be displayed to the general membership but if you have a valid point to make to an individual, why take half a dozen posts, just to be in front of everyone to do it?

I do wish it wasn't done because frankly I find it disrespectful to the other members. So if you insist on being a cyber bully, I suggest we don't waste everyone's time. And everyone else can then continue uninterrupted on the topic of the OP. Unless, of course, that disruption was your intention.

A fairly simple process and a bonus,,,,, one can make their point without harassment from the Mods.

Hit your victim's Avatar and click on PM.

Oh so now you're the poor victim of a cyber bully (me). Seems only YOU can post YOUR thoughts here. No one can disagree with them, take exception to them, or continue to take exception to them in front of the membership. They must take your insults and not insult you in return......what a hypocrite. Who's the real bully here?
Do me a huge favor, don't bother sending me any PM's and don't let me bully you into any more posts. Lol

Yeah Ralphie, I'm the Scott Farkus of the internet. Yellow eyes, green teeth and a toadie sidekick cruising the neighborhoods for easy prey. Twisting arms, punchin' shoulders and in general making everyone subservient to my will.

A prime example of evolution and the domination of a species.

Consider yourself lucky Ralphie, All I did to you was ask you to play nice

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...

A scientist speaking with God, (OK, OK go with it) The scientist says, "I can create life just like you did". God says OK do it.
The scientist picked up some dirt and... God said "wait a minute, make your own dirt"!

Without Him I could do nothing
Without Him I?d surely fail
Without Him I would be drifting
Like a ship without a sail

Without Him I would be dying
Without Him I?d be enslaved
Without Him life would be worthless
But with Jesus thank God I'm saved

Oh Jesus, oh Jesus
Do you know Him today
Please don't turn Him away
Oh Jesus, my Jesus
Without Him how lost I would be
Without Him how lost I would be

Sorry he never wrote this song he just sang it.
It was written by Le Fevre and Mylon Rae.
His belief sure helped him a lot ........ NOT.

Don't be sorry. I never said he wrote it. I am well aware who did. Elvise was in the audience at the time it was performed by the writer and approached him about recording it.
Elvis included it on his album and was the first to perform it besides the original artist.

John Lennon's beliefs helped him about as much.

Lennon died at the hands of a murderer with a gun, hardly Lennon's fault.

I never said it was his fault. I said his beliefs helped him about as much as they helped did Elvis.

I will have to remember the atheists next time we are on the road together. That way I will know who has a co pilot and who doesn't. Might make a difference in some of those turns at a 100 plus...then, again, maybe not....
On another note, working a few years in the hospital environment, and working the morgue, you get a little more respect for life and death. Doctors will tell you the human body has so many complicated and complex organs, that many don't think evolution had much to do with it...just their opinion.
