family member passed away
My 101 year old mother in law passed away yesterday,at home here with us at her bed side. when she was 97, she broke her hip while working in the garden and has gone down hill from there, in the last 6 months she could no longer walk, in the last 3 weeks she could no longer skit up on her own, so either myself or the wife had to be home with her, RIP,,, Nona............jim
Sorry my friend....she lived a long life and was lucky to have family to take care of her in her last years.....Good for you for being such a caring persons...

Jim,
Sorry for your loss
101 years is well beyond the age I hope to reach in my lifetime
She was very fortunate to have family beside her through her final years.

My sincere condolences to your family. She sounds like she was an amazing lady! What a blessing to her to have been able to be cared for at home by those who loved her.
She passed at home surrounded by her loved ones. I am sure that was a great source of peace for her at the end. I am sorry for your families loss, RIP Nona.
Jim,
The very idea that you kept her in your home and not a damned nursing home tells me all I need know about you.
Ill buy you a drink at the next dragon and we'll toast her memory.

If she is persuaded to get a Crossfire we would love to have her join the Crossfire family
