Hmmm. $800 burning a hole in yer pocket?
New dual cold air intake or a "new" interior???
Yeah that was my reaction as well. When he first quoted me it was $500 off the top of his head. Then he did a detailed quote with all the work and two guys. When he said $800, I had no problems with that.

That said, he has a franchise and he is "hungry" for business (plus he is going to use the photos for marketing). I can't say what a local franchisee for colorglo would charge. But, I am happy!

Nice job! $800 was a steal! Where did you buy your cool e-brake handle?

Karl, you need to hide from the police because that was a steal....

Now your CF center console shows even better because of the contrast. Looks absolutely stunning.....

The ebrake cover was bought from Autozone (I think Pep Boys also carries them) from Pilot. If I remember correctly, cost was less than $10. Self adhesive fits perectly over the standard handle and could be removed if you want to.

Beautiful.

ColorGlo did that? We had them redye a faded leather couch and they did a good job. But I don't see how they could dye a black leather to tan. How did they do it?

I had the same question/doubts, but they were able to do it. Look closely at the pics. You can see the texture and natural creases in the leather. It still feels soft but a little rough. He said that was natural and after 24 hours I can condition it to return to the soft textured feel.

When ColorGlo redyed our couch, the guy used an air brush and a very fine sand paper. He sanded the leather to "lift" the surface of the leather and then air brushed on the dye. Is that what your guy did to your leather?

I tend to think your guy used a paint rather than a dye since plastic can't be dyed like leather.

I didn't watch all they did, but it was all a multi-step process. Certainly not the same material on the leather and other parts. Perhaps more like a stain on the other parts. It sure looks good whatever the process.

I think my resale value went back up to near MSRP on my Crossfirarri LOL

Each Colorglo franchisee offers their own warranties. I am covered for one year for premature and accidental damage to customed area.

The leather is dyed and the other surfaces are finished with a stain/paint.

Spent most of yesterday driving around SoCal visiting customers. What a difference the lighter interior makes. I love my black SRT but although the interior was nice (quality materials) it was a little gloomy (an actual comment from a freind).

The interior is much cooler now (both ways) and I do believe I gained at least 25 horsepower....LOL

Awesome and classy looking. Nicer then the orange interior that comes in some of the Crossfires. Stan
