While driving yesterday I noticed the lower left corner of the trim piece that covers the A/C controls, radio, and switches was sticking out like a lady looking for a date. So I gently tugged on it and the entire trim piece pulled away from the dash console with ease. As I examined the piece the glue that once held it down was obviously no longer glue like and was replaced with velcro. I would like to securely reattach the trim piece without the velcro. Any suggestions?

Additionally I also noticed that the driver side speaker cover has been broken. Can the cover be replaced and if so where do I source the part?
