I'm not sure if anyone has had this problem but here goes.

I just recently noticed that the backlights for my outside temperature display and clock stay on all the time, even when car is off, locked etc. Is this normal? All other lights come on as normal the dimmer works for them but not for the two lights that stay on.

So far it hasn't run down the battery but it seems odd. Any help would be appreciated.

 

my bet is the battery is already getting low, as that does VERY weird things to this car. Another possibility is the alternator may be going. My Mazda did that when the alternator was shot. Everything was lit on the dash like a freakin' italian restaurant.
