Anyone know if he replaced the bulbs inside the console or if he just scratched off the green filter?
Yes. It's a complete change from green to blue:

The Switches have LED's. That's a little bit more complicated:

The conversion showed above was done completely with white and blue LED's.
Bulbs are no longer used.
The gauges display was completely replaced by a plasma display which is self-iluminating.
The LCD display of the odo was inverted by changing the polarisation of the foil.
The bulbs of the centre console were replaced by white and blue LED's.
It's a little bit difficult to replace the LED's in the switches.
There was a circuit added that allows to dim all LED's and the plasma display simultaniously.

So this wasn't done by just changing bulbs.

hm...

This begs the question "how many crossfire owners does it take to change a lightbulb?"

The answer? We'll never know...

Thumbs up Dashboard color change

Sorry all... I am a newbie. I have spent hours surfing the forum about changing the dashboard lights to red. I gather this is not something for the faint at heart. From what I read, there are ample opportunities to screw things up. Am I right? Has anyone... anyone found a complete step by step guide to changing color. I really really would appreciate anyone's help. Thank you kindly.
