black showing through on the glovebox
Does anybody know of anything i could use to touch up my glove box and some other parts that are the same color in the interior? It has some areas that are rubbed off and are revealing black underneath and its really not attractive at all haha. Anybody else with this issue came up with anything? Thanksss

You can get interior paint to match your car at any automotive paint supply store. If you want a perfect match, bring one of your interior parts in with you.
told me?
I already went to advanced auto and got the 2 colors that they had that were near our color but one was too light and one was too dark. They told me that for the interior there wasnt a paint color that i wanted.

I don't think you will find a perfect color match. It will always look "patched". I used a franchisee of Colorglo to change my interior color, but they can touch up any color. Check the internet for someone local. www.colorglo.com
They can even patch and rematch leather and vinyl tears.

Viponds in Austrailia make a product called Tautflex paint. SLK owners on MBworld use it, apparently it's a perfect match. They quoted me $40.00 shipped for enough paint to do the interior. You can contact Rosmarre at info@viponds.com.au
give him a break.... he is young.....
they should have put a BLUE primer on... then it would get better looking as it wore off.....

If you want it done right, find a guy that will do it. The dealership once messed up my interior. A large patch near the ignition key and the center console. They used one of their touch up guys that goes from dealership to dealership. It took him about 15 min and sprayed the paint. LOOKS GOOD AS NEW. You can't even tell!

That's just a primer for some other paint jokes.
I just have to brush up on my delivery.
