Default Removing Headliner?

So I looked up headliners and found articles showing them fixed but is there an article that explains how to remove the headliner exactly? All the interior panels holding it up and pulling it down?

Thanks!

Need to know this as well, I'm taking mine to get the headliner repaired next week and need to be armed with some facts to facilitate the repair.

Step 1.) remove both screws for each sun visor.
Step 2.) remove the dome light assembly completely
Step 3.) remove the universal garage device. And disconnect the wires from the domelights and the wires from the garage door assembly.
Step4.) look into the trunk and on the sides will be two plastic covers held in by black buttons. Remove all the buttons for each cover and take off both covers. ( you can remove just the top two buttons and leave the covers connected, but I find it easier to just remove the whole cover.
Step 4.) recline both seats down and move them as forward as they can go.
Step 5.) remove the two plastic pillars next to the windshield by pulling them off from top to bottom.
Step 6.) pull it out the passenger side door. ( it can be tough because of the size but it will come out.) Don't give up. Also, becareful not to bend it to much.

When you install screw in the sun visors to keep it in place and then work on putting the trunk covers back on if you took it off. You can then re attach the dome lights with the garage assembly after you connect them and install the pillars by snapping them on. Note* make sure it's tucked back into the weather stripping. It wont harm anything it just looks nicer.* cheers and good luck!

Thank you for the advice. Took it all apart this past sunday and worked on the interior. Started a new thread and will post pictures later today at some point. Looks clean with the changes!
