I know the process of removing the **** and all but I'm wondering if there are any specs I need to look for when shopping a ****? Any input or advise is helpful. Thanks!

Most aftermarket ***** will come with a few different size inserts to make them universal for just about any size post.

Best of luck, but the couple universal fit ***** I tried wouldn't stay secure. They would be ok for about a week and then come loose. The MB ***** are expensive but work.

Hmm.. not an issue on mine.. if it was I would think a little dab of blue Loctite and cranked down on the set screws would resolve.

I installed:
Leather Car Vehicle universal manual gear shift **** gear stick head handball Black free shipping-in Gear Shift **** from Automobiles & Motorcycles on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

Otherwise good, but I needed make hole deeper, so I got stick deep enough.. But wasn't big deal.

Looking to replacing mine. Previous put an aftermarket one in it it looks like. Not really a fan of it. I don't want it to look like a manual shift **** because it isn't a stick.
