Default converting gauges to metric

After a lot of searching (yes i did use the search function lol) I am coming up empty.

the XF i am picking up tomorrow is a USA car and MPH dash, wondering if there is a method of converting it to metric KM and Celcius as used up here in the great white north.

Other than a very expensive stop in at the dealership for a new cluster, what options do I have.

And I appreciate that I am using my one time get out of jail free as i am sure that there is a post or number of posts on this topic that I cant find.

The speedo has kilometers on the inside in smaller letters. The temp can be changed by the dealer I am told and the trip and mileage can also be changed by the dealer. I have the same thing and I am not letting the dealer touch my car. Changing the instrument totally is a pain and how that affects the mileage I have no idea. The total mileage must be accurate or you are in trouble.
I'd stick with what you have got, it would be easier to sell the car to someone down south as is.
You only have to get the day time running lights to get it up to Canadian MOT standards.

It can be done with StarDas (I watched Rudy do it), so 180 is correct, dealer or any shop with a Stardas.
