Who's up for a holiday season GTG in Dec? Thinking of the Lady of the Snows or elsewhere if preferred; throw out some ideas.
What Sat or Sun in Dec would work for everybody.

Hey St. Louis!!!
So glad I found you all. I wanted to reach out and ask if you all by chance know any TRUSTWORTHY mechanics (one who may also be able to do things like install HID lights) in the St. Louis Area?
Also, what about any excellent detail shops? The "car wash" that I have been going to is okay but I want someone a bit more......"detailed"
Thanks so much!!!

As to HID's, if you are putting them in off the internet, they can be tricky but not impossible (just search and you'll find some step by step instructions) I will say this much, I've got them on mine but never ever want to drive in a snow storm, they will blind you like nothing else. If looking for something along the lines of a factory upgrade, I've not a clue.
As to detailing, I normally wash and wax it myself, though I've been very remiss lately. If you find someone reasonable and good quality, post a message about it, I'd be interested...but as many pits and chips as I've got, I may just go to a paint shop I know and have them take care of the blemishes and buy a damn bra no matter what some may think.

A bit expensive, but they seem very reliable and other people I know recommend them and have used them for years.

I actually found a detailer in the area who has EXCELLENT reviews and they actually can come to you to do the detailing. So I will be giving them a go towards the end of the week and I will certainly report back.
In regards to the HID's yes, I was going to get them offline but I didn't plan on installing them myself. I planned on having a shop of some sort install them as I have no clue what I am doing. I just bought these new Sylvania ZXE's which are Sylvania's offering to the HID world. They say they are around 4200k ----- I put them in myself so they could certainly be a little off but they are CERTAINLY much brighter than my previous lights. My previous lights were so bad, it was no point to have them on unless it was PITCH black out.
Nevertheless, thanks so much and I certainly won't hesitate continue to update here and what not. As I find out new things or have questions...I will certainly be posting! :-)

Hello STL area Crossfire owners. I have a couple of stock front Michelins that I took off my SRT6 a couple of years and they have just been sitting in my garage. If any local guys want them and are willing to pick them up you can have them for FREE! They have maybe half or so of the tread left, maybe a bit less. I'm close to the 44/141 area. If no one wants them I'm just going to throw them away, so let me know ASAP.
