I'm up at the Academy presently. HotAirInc, you wouldn't happen to run one way balloon rides would you?

By the way I noticed a Limited stop at the Chipotle near Chapelhills Mall Friday night, 15 Feb, around 10. That wouldn't have been any of yall would it?

We didn't have the car out on the 15th, we were out Saturday running around with the top down. I think people think we are nuts, but with the heater on it really isn't too bad inside. I'm sure as the weather improves we will get a chance to meet, maybe over at the old Grocery Warehouse on Powers Blvd. on a Saturday. Not sure if you noticed but the parking lot has become a hangout for all the hot rods in town. We stopped by there last summer, everyone was friendly, they had some nice stuff there. Maybe if we get a nice weekend we can all set a time to meet?

I'm a new Colorado XF owner. I made a post in the Crossfire Coupe section about being a Colorado driver and just discovered this section of the forum. I look foward to weekend drives this late spring and summer. I am located in Parker.

Congrats on your new baby. We are looking forward to the spring season, going topless. We have had the car out numerous times this winter, mostly heading south to Pueblo, Canyon City. We enjoy running up to Papadeaux in Denver for lunch. Maybe later this year we will all get a chance to meet somewhere in Colorado. Enjoy your new ride.

Wow, we have the same taste in cars. My family also owns:

Jeep Liberty Limited
Chrysler Pacifica Touring
Chrysler Crossfire Coupe Limited (Auto, SSB)

Congrats on getting the Crossfire!

Absolutely. I think a ride up Ute Pass would be fun and maybe to Cripple Creek. Hwy 50 to Salida and back through Wilkerson Pass would be a nice run as well.

I have put 1,200 miles in the past month on mine (I don't even drive my other two cars that much) and can't wait to take it out more.

Now for the $64 question, what colors are other two vehicles?

Sounds like some fun drives. Maybe we could make a run to Bishops Castle when the weather gets better, that is a pretty drive.

Another fun drive would be through Salida and on to St Elmos with a stop at Agnes Valle Falls for a short hike.

I have cabin fever big time, we are leaving on Spring Break this weekend to Montana to see the new grandbaby. The Xfire will have to stay in the garage for this trip, we are pulling the trailer.

My Jeep is similar to the XF Oyster Gold and the Pacifica is about the same color as my XF.

I have cabin fever as well. I think one of these weekends in April we should find a low altitude ride (too much snow in the mountains right now for me which equals too much dirt and rocks being tossed at me).

I partially scouted out another nice run: Deckers to Sedalia. I went about half way on hwy 67 and turned around where Rampart Range Rd meets up. The northbound run to Sedalia is very nice and curvey. It will be a little nicer once the hillsides melt a bit more.

Hey, how about if its nice we meet for ice cream at the cheese cake factory in Denver. We can meet at Chapel Hills Mall and go from there, maybe those further north will come down and we can all meet. I'm kind of an old fart but don't get me started... ha ha

Saturday April 5th sounds good to me. I talked to my friend who has the Porsche and he thought it would be fun if he can get away. How about 12:30 am at the Cheese Factory in the parking lot? That will give the weather a chance to warm up and get us to Denver for lunch. My cell number is 499-8365, give me a call on Saturday the 5th in the morning and we can confirm. I'm in Missoula right now, getting ready to pull out tomorrow, should be home by the end of next week, stopping in Moab for a couple of days.

If any one else in the Denver area is reading this thread drop a line if you think you might like to meet up.

Which Cheese Factory is that? The only one I know about is on the 16th St mall with no parking.

Also, Sunday is looking a bit warmer than Saturday right now. Either day will work for me.

Sunday is no problem, let me check when I get home. There is one on the south side at the Cheery Creek Mall I think?
