Colorado Crossfires
Kind of a tough market, still. Construction orientation or computer orientation? I know a few in Construction/Mechanical & Electrical that might be looking. Might be good to register with a placement firm like Snelling Personnel in Littleton, CO. They have a great record of placing folks into the construction side of things in Colorado. Good luck.

The type of work I do involves designing and testing computer chips for electrical devices. Do you happen to know of anyone working at Agere in Boulder, Seagate in Longmont, ST Microelectronics in Longmont, Marvell in Longmont or any other company along those lines? Thanks.
So lets get some dates together.... hopefully we will have some good weather soon and we can all get together. Where would be a good spot for everyone, I am in Colorado Springs, but willing to travel anywhere.
It's time to get on the road Colorado...what's the plan folks?
First option mapped out:
Start/meet in Boulder up to Estes Park, through Rocky Mtn Park, over to Kremmling, down to Frisco, then to Fairplay. Denver folks take 285 back, Springs folks back via HWY 24.
Maps out to be 268 Miles -- 6 hours 20 minutes.

Coming down I-70 from Frisco will cut a lot out of the mileage and time. Being a newcomer, you will start to get used to the miles in time. Everything is a bit of a ride here. The photos from this type of run would be tremendous. I will check my calendar.

Option 2:
Still starting in Boulder, up through Estes Park and Rocky Mtn, but out of Rocky Mtn cut south sooner go through Winter Park on US-40 to I-70 back into Denver.
Works out to be 185 Mile at about 4 hours 20 Mins.
I uploaded both routes with map sections (rough) in word if you want take a look. I'm open to other suggestions...

Hmm, I've been to RMNP several times. If anything I would prefer a route that goes south of Denver where I haven't seen much of the state. Again, I don't know what roads that would entail.
Hmmm...I used to take Parker Road South to Colorado Springs, could loop through Garden of the Gods, maybe home on US-85
or route out through Woodland Park, Larkspur, Deckers...? Scenic and twisty and mostly two lanes.
