Bought car of my dreams 2005 crossfire but it had no keys...
I acquired a 2005 crossfire but it had no keys with it. I was told I needed to contact Chrysler dealership which I did and was told he could not help me get a key or key codes or fob?
I have a 2004 crossfire key fob someone gave me but I have no clue if that will be useful or not?

Well you are in luck here. Others here will tell exactly what you need to do and who to contact.
Forget about any Chrysler dealer in future.
Start with Rob at Needswings.com to get good information.

The 2004 key will do you no good. I hope you got a great deal. The dealers know nothing about Crossfires and have not been able to get keys for about 12 years. Contact MSS, Mercedes Swap Shop or Needswings. They can take care of you. MSS is on the West Coast and I believe Needswings is more East Coast. They are online. WELCOME

I think your 2004 fob might be useful - not sure if the 2004 and 2005 transmitters are compatible, but you might be able to use the 2004 to open and close your doors remotely. You need the key and the RFID chip to be specifically made and programmed for your car, but your car can be trained to work with the open and close function of the key transmitter if they are on the same frequency: 2004 used 433MHz, 2005 used 433 MHz and 315 MHz (Yes, those are the frequencies of the TPMS, but that's also the frequency the SKREEM uses as well.)
