Default hi

i am looking for a place to have my 2008 crossfire convertible top fixed.it doesnt go up or down .have tried trunk piece by professional and it is fine.more than likely a micro switch...i can't find a repair shop here in mass.,greater boston area.looking for suggestions.

Hi,
A few simple questions might help to find your trouble. Also one of our senior members has a great trouble shooting guide here: Crossfire Top Sensors troubleshooting
When you have the top up and you turn the big handle by the windshield and open the top, do the windows go down?
Does the light flash and beep if you push the top down button?
Have you checked to see if you have enough hydraulic oil in the reservoir? (located behind the left wheel well in the trunk).
Can you operate the top manually? See video below:
