I'm thinking of putting these on. I haven't order yet, but they are on sale. Anybody seen these before. I think they would look great inverted in the lower air dam.

What a great and wonderful gathering. Dave and Gerrie are gracious and fantastic hosts. The ride, food, beverages and digs were A1. Dave, thanks for the garage usage. James, thanks again for the new "lights". Jason and Dave, thanks for the decals. Great work and discussions about the Crossfires of Maryland owners, events and future. You all rock. Now get back to work on our first show. Wyatt, post the minutes when you get a chance and a Sprint Booster will not save you if you try to run with me on 95-South. LOL. I posted a few pictures from the GTG. Again thank you Benders. You're both awesome.

A Big Ditto on this from my end.

I had a great ride home. I went out the back way and avoided highway all the way down to interstate 70. I had a little fun with the gas peddle too.

I'll be checking on the winery and hope to find out more over the next day or two. Keeping my fingers crossed.

First, thanks to the Benders for opening their house to us and providing the food, beverages and a great location for the event. Second it was great to see everyone again after a winter of emails and phone calls only.

I contacted Justin's Performance Center for more information about having our show there. The pros are the dyno, them on site to do performace upgrades and performance discussion and hopefully low cost, the cons would be its a parking lot, and lack of space for alot of cars. I'll let you know what i hear back from them.

Flyer
http://www.masondixondragway.com/Spe...12%20Mopar.pdf

i will be there with the crossfire and the plymouth.

no class just for the crossfire, but there are several classes that the
crossfire will fit in.

Import/Rebadged
Convertable
Ltd Production
Special Interest

I have been to this show for a couple of years and have always had a blast. lots of cars, racing and vendors. Weather permitting all interested show cars get one timed run on the track. I was the only crossfire last year, got lots of attention and interest from the track. I would like to see 2 or 3 crossfires per class. It would make a nice showing to hace COM support a great show in Maryland. we will plan a meeting place and to cruise to the event soon. It would look good to have 8 or so crossfires all pull into the show at the same time.

Got this from Hagerty earlier today.

Jason,

Thanks for getting back to me. Today I was able to mail out 50 bags, clings, pens and brochures for your event. I also included a banner for your use. Thank you for your willingness to advertise our support. Once I receive a copy of your event flyer, I can then pass along your event information to the appropriate person to get your show listed on our website.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I will keep a look out for your flyer. Have a great event!

Jennifer

Jennifer also sent me the Hagerty logo we are to use on the flyer. So i'll need emails from the flyer artists so I can send the sponser logos.

Great news Jason. I received the below message from David and if you dont mind could you please forward the "sponsors' list" that you have. He's trying to get ahead of the game and I dont want to duplicate efforts by sending him additional sponsor logos. Thanks, Chas.

Hey Chas,
Enjoyed getting to know everyone this weekend. Looking forward to some activities together this year. I did notice there is a car show in Ocean City on Aug 11 - not sure if that matters or not just thought I would mention it. I checked a lot of sites but most have not updated their info from last year. https://wwwcarshownews.com had a listing of events started for 2012 - but only a few things listed so far. (This OC car show caters to a different car club/vehicle than those that would attend our show. I actually believe it will benefit us because those car show attendees that dont wont to drive three hours four the OC show may patronize our event.)

The reason I'm writing is to ask you to send me the list of sponsors you know about and if you have any artwork or logos for any of them that should be on the flier, please send over to me. I know we havn't gotten a firm location yet but I want to get the ball rolling. I also asked Jason if you guys thought about a specail name for the show that could be re-used each year to brand the event...might be worth considering.

Send whatever to me at derick4155@aol.com

Thanks bud,
David Erickson
