Crossfires of Maryland (COM)
I called Wegmans in Frederick. They consider donations but need the request in writing. I can email our request in but I need the tax ID number -- likely best if it's for the Shelty Rescue. Dave, can you email or PM the info to me. Exact Name, address and TAX ID number. I'll submit the request as soon as I get it. I'm going to ask for about 10 - 20 cases of water -- and / or anything else they may do in normal practice.

Outstanding work Paul and thank you.
if my vote counts, I say let the ladies come to the show and set up - then we dont have to worry about any of that...and it just improves the attendees experience
hahahaha my brother lives in cincy Ohio, and Ann's is the first place he wants to go as soon as i pick him up at the airport
the lady that contacted me about selling food will be at our show.

Great. I'd like to get it so I can submit it tonight. I think they have a meeting on submissions on Tuesdays.
Also, any update on registrations???

Eurochareged Remote Tune Done.
First Impressions: The car seems to run and shift smoother. Slightly lower rpm at idle, very smooth in gear, smoother shifts through the range. As far as responsiveness, no appreciable difference based on first drive. NOTE: My car always felt responsive and pulled very hard. I've always said it seems to have more HP and torque than what's stated in the book anyway.
As far as quickness, it's too early to tell. I did drive my car just prior to the tune (so I could have some recent memory recall to compare post tune to). It may feel slightly quicker -- but I think most of the gain seems to be on the top end, not on the lower end of the rpms. I read somewhere on here that another member had a similar experience upon first drive but once the car "learned" responsiveness and quickness was much more noticable. So for now, a few good things. Smoothness and no "set backs". Also, I can now officially post I'm "Eurocharged" and post HP numbers at 239hp and 253 ft lb of torque.
I'll post people on my next longer term impressions on this after a couple days of driving.
Good experience with Eurocharge as well. Tune we smoothly (as long as you prep in advance) and took only about 15 minutes from start to finish.

Mr. President,
As VP and an active member, I encourage you to send an email / pm to all our club members with an update on where things are in regard to the Car Show. Lot's of good things happening. However, we need to request their full attention to an urgent matter...... registration. First, we need to make sure all our members have registered. Second, we need to request that each and every member go out and get at least 1 other person (outside the club) to register for the show. Two would be better. if this happens, we can at least have a good showing of 30 to 40 or more cars. I haven't seen most of the other members engaged on the forum and we need their support!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone knows somebody that could register. Heck, just ask friends. It will make if fun for them and all of us to spend the day enjoying this event --- and having some great food and wine. Let's get everyone to commit and get re-invested in this event. Most of the work is done. We just need CARS!
Signed, your most honorable / loyal VP.
