I live an Laurel so E.C. is not that far from me. let me know if there are any gatherings in your area, and ill try to attend.

Not too late to change the location Pres. Less than seven attending to date. And he's right that TT location is not the best of food or service (safety). I think we have just enough time to change it to a smaller quaint local restaurant or cafe in the same area. Just my two cents.

Can you suggest a few spots that might accommodate our gathering?

ok, looks like something is weird with the notifications, im now not getting them. i need everyone to check the forum at least once a week. the meeting will be here soon, and it looks like we will be making some changes. we have lots of great ways to stay in touch, so lets make sure we are always using them. also at the meeting lets make a phone list and/or email list. ill start sending out event info via the club's email to everyone that gives me their email. also everyone having everyone else's phone number will help.

James was / did collect emails in the fall, likely cell numbers as well. James, let Jason and I know what you have / need.

Happy to provide mine again via PM or email.

As far as where we meet, I don't care, but let's settle on it soon so we can make sure everyone has ample time to make plans. I expect we won't get many more at this point. The board is the most important, so as long as we have all of us, we can move forward. IHOP is fine with me if that's were we end up. Still in Ellicott City?

Good morning everyone!
I can send a mass email with the meeting details (place) to everyone who's info I have from our September gathering. There are two (2) IHOP's to pick from...............Ellicott City or Security Square Mall. Please decide which one works for us and email will go out shortly thereafter! Let's get er done!

James

Here's the plan:

IHOP
5600 Baltimore National Pike
Catonsville, MD 21228.
Phone: 410-788-9270
If agreed, email will go out today to all COM members so they are aware of place and time!

James

OK with me. Let's get this reconfirmed and then put the wheels in motion for planning for the meeting.
