Sorry to hear that. There are lot's of parts vendors on line where you could purchase one from. Pricing will be all over the place. Buy from a reputable on line dealer. Hopefully you can get prompt expedited shipping so the repair can be done sooner than later.

Here's a Bosch for $135 from Autoparts Warehouse.........free shipping.

The repair center is telling me that the pump itself is 600.00. does that sound right?

Figgy, are you in VA? if you can get the car here, this would be your best bet. very sorry to hear about the problems.

Tate Chrysler
7429 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21061
(410) 766-2560

this place sells Mopar branded parts.

Mopar Parts for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep: MoparPartsAmerica

they have the part numbers, MSRP and their price. they are alot lower then the dealer, but not as low as aftermarket. the price they gave you sounds right for the part. how much did they say for labor?

Not sure how to put in a link back to page 60, but if you go back to page 60 on this thread about mid way down you will see a discussion of discounts we get at Tate Chrysler in Glen Burnie if you can get the car there.
If not call Tate dealership and ask for Fred Meganhardt, he should be able to give you some advice, make sure you let him know you are part of COM club.

I picked up a set of brake pads and the mounting hardware for my NA prior to trading it in. so are the pads for the NA the same as the pads on a SRT?

also i have 1 factory NOS air filter for a crossfire. we were at a car show last summer, i went looking for parts. Dave said "baaaaaah they will have nothing for a crossfire, its a waste of time to look" and well i found the filter and bought it. I had K&N in my NA and the SRT has the cone filters so it is just sitting there not being used. The box is a little rough, but the filter has never been used. Free if anyone wants it.

im fine with the baltimore show. lets make this an "event" for us. drive whatever you want, since this isnt a show like we are used to. we will plan on being there at the same time, new cars and buddies, thats what this will be.

also SRT shared COM's christmas greeting on their facebook page, should get some good exposure.

Might come out to the double T meet, it's less than 4 miles away from my house, food there is not very good by the way, there are a few good spots in the area if you guys are interested. Is anybody local to E.C. to have a meet there? I live right next to the historic downtown.

yes please do come out. thanks for the heads up on the double T, its a little late in the planning to switch to a new location, but we can always find a new spot for future meets. we will be discussing our plans for 2013, so please come out and take part, so the food with be secondary.

I live an Laurel so E.C. is not that far from me. let me know if there are any gatherings in your area, and ill try to attend.

There is a dark grey coupe (non SRT) that I always see around Ellicott City, he has an aftermarket exhaust - pretty loud and not sure what else. Wondering if anybody knows who this is and if he is a member.
