If that's her "bad side".. looks like you found a GEM to work with!

Thanks, it will take some time, it's been sitting in a barn since 1967!

Another pic...

Flat bed it home....dragged it into barn, it had two major rotted front tires. Looking for tires, so we can roll it.

Took hood off.

Rims are mounted with1 1/2" lug nuts!, had to buy that socket!

You need to pay special attention on the denting and painting of this M15 truck as it is spoiled from the fender. Though it is looking tough project but I hope you will do it.

I really like the grill and the design of the headlights. But the sideview mirror is the best....you've gotta incorporate that into the restoration. Good luck and keep us posted. I'll be watching.

That mirror is cool! I know!
I'm looking for another. Some of them had two.
Mine even has the sun visors and armrests options. Ha!

Today I discovered, nobody will touch the rims for mounting new tires....

I need to find a source for single piece rims.... 750-17

These rims and the tires to a lesser extant, are harder to find by far than the XF tires!

Truck shops will usually be they spot to go to find someone to handle split rims. Theree are still a lot of medium and heavy duty truck running around here with them.

Two weeks today I've owned this vehicle.

Title
Front clip off
Motor torn apart....some.
Oiling pistons to free up.
Repaired bent tie rod.
Removed very stuck front brake hubs, and brake backing plate.
Cleaned, primed hubs, front rims. Greased from bearings
Bought tires, mounted one today! Gonna roll next week!
Took apart the front clip today.
Repaired frozen water pump.
Bought vintage tail lights. Repaired license holder, and made a missing tail light bracket.
Started to buy brake parts...
Bought repair manual, part book.

Having fun!

Looks like a fun project - the small door windows make it look like the roof is chopped. Definitely unique!
