Default Need a Transmission Control Module, ASAP!

Thanks for the idea TVT Design! (begging to the masses!)

Anyone have a Transmission Control Module (automatic) part number A0335451232 laying around?

Haven't called for a dealer price (scared to). Ebay has one for $200.
I can bring the car in under warranty for $100 to get one, just have to be without the car for awhile.

Sorry to bring up a dead thread from a couple weeks ago.

However, I was having some annoying issue with my shifting.

When I manually shift into a lower gear I have been seeing my transmission going back into D automatically... any thoughts? I was originally thinking TCM... not sure... have to think some more. definitely going to change to the blue tops soon, but don't know if it will fix the issue...or if it is just the cold weather causing issues cause the transmission is not warmed up.

Tranny will up shift due to rpm, you have no control of that.

Tight1 do you need the module because of the broken traces on the connector?? That is correctable if that is the case, Let me know. Woody

Nope. Have another connector plate installed. Seems when the other one "went bad" it musta shorted something in the TCM.
Car is at the dealership for warranty repair right now.
Told them that the problem was the TCM so they checked out the car and sure enough, I was wrong ( ) it's the four solenoids according to their "experienced" mechanic.
So now I have to wait a week while they order the (wrong) parts, install them only to find the car is still broke!
Maybe then it might dawn on them that it's the TCM like I told them in the 1st place!!!!

This may not be what he is saying, he never said what rev's he was getting the change to 'D' at and what gear he was in when it changed to 'D'.
My 300 has the five speed slap stick and of course it changes if you rev it too high in a gear but it does not jump from 1st, 2nd or 3rd to 'D' ever, from 4th to 'D' yes.
I never use it though, only when I'm bored.

SCENARIO: If I'm leaving a red light (at normal speeds) and I have it in 1st gear, and am only going 20mph, accelerating, it shifts into D. This is should not do unless I tell it too or I hit redline, which I don't.

Thanks for the heads up.
Unfortunately I already brought the car to the dealer so they can keep my car for weeeeeks replacing the wrong part (they are replacing the trans solenoids instead of the TCM).
