Thanks for the info 32Krazy. I am a bit confused though. We only have one wheel spinning under our srt-6's? I thought that when one wheel spun, it started turning the other as well(kinda like the old mopar sure grip). I'm tempted to go lay a black mark. LOL

tom2112 is it really to expensive? 2k for rims 800 for dual cai 800 for tunes 1k for tires, you get my point. the cost is relative to the fun you want to have with the car. all toys are expensive to some regard.

no problem for me , it will just be hard for others to find the info on the rear,,, personly i think the rears are good ,,,(until you try a burn out) or a real hard take off on the street with the traction control on,,, when you leave the TC on and leave hard from a red light , the computer will put the brakes on ,on the tire that is spinning, this after some time will brake something,, because of the jerking back and forth with the (Traction control on) you are puting a lot of strain on the gears ,axles, and the pin that holds all the spider gears, with this last rear i installed i now start my car and turn the traction off, then drive, yes you have to be careful,, the car tries to go sideways when going around a conner and you give it too much gas, on this new rear i have 20 hard runs on the strip and about 100 on the street.
Going back the my PT Cruiser days ,,i had rewired my traction control to stay off, in the ptcrew.com forum there ar about 50 people that broke or bent axles,,, i never did, yet my car was abused more that oll of the others put together,,, 471 runs at the track, over 700 hard take offs on the street , I blew the transmission eight (8) times,,blew the burnt up the turbo three (3) times and wore out six(6) sets or tires,, OH owed the car for six (6) years yet, sold it with 30,000 miles on it, and never broke a axel,./the PT ran 12.9 @ 108 jim

Re: one week later 6-30-2010 went to the track
That's what I thought about the rear. Ours is what I consider a limited slip diff. It helps limit traction loss by allowing the other tire to help, but it is not an equal distribution, so one does pull harder. With this new LSD, is it a tru posi unit or just have a better distribution between tires and stronger parts? Sorry to ask so many questions about this, but I am not familiar with the company or how this diff would work. Any kind of guarantee with this diff if they make it? Thanks, Chris
