Default went to the track last nite

10/13/2010 lots of cars there ,, a bike had a oil leak ,,they had to burn off the track took an hour to clean up ,,,we waited I got in 4 runs ( rt not bad) (times consistent) got in 4 runs OH ran a Nissin gt-r , he had run in the 11's but when i ran him,, I ask him how to get my car out of 2 gear,, it must have messed up his mind as he missed 2 or 3rd gear and i beat him. first i got him on the line by 1 car length,, you can see he had a 1.6 60' to my 1.86 here are the time slips,,, the last time i was at the track was july2010 and was running 12.4 at 111.89,, so nothing has changed ,,,just need the V8 asap. jim

What happens to all the SRT engines when you switch to the V8s? I think its a shame that noone have looked into an easy conversion of the engines. Going from the N/A to the SRT.. neverthless, is the N/A to the V8 an easy switch for the mechanics? costly?

I'll restart it

Nice runs! It's amazing how consistent they are except for the 4th run. Looks like something went wrong between the 60' and 330'. Tire spin?

Was the humidity 100%? If so your just fine, when it lowers you'll be smoking fast again. I'll pull off and sell my 178 if you want to get in the 11's. Sorry can't sell you my tune too.

I noticed that 100% humidity too. I see that you live in FL so 100% humidity might be true, but I think the track condition monitors might be off at your track. Or was the track temp really 167 degrees F as well?

Either way, it's good to see what certain combos seem to be doing at the track. Low 12's sound good to me...if I could only find a code3 pulley!
