Default Specs. Help For Scca !!! Anyone ?

As many of you may know, I have been actively pursuing Club Racing specifications and classification from the major sportscar sanctioning bodies. They have been making me jump through hoops with paperwork and the sort...

SCCA has given me till Dec. 31st. to submit the Club Racing Request Form for inclusion of the Crossfire in the 2006 season. The form requires five pages extremely specific information on the car, of which I am missing some key parts...

I am hoping that someone in the forum will be able to help me with the missing information, as I have made numerous phone calls and e-mails to DC and they have not answered my queries... Below is a list of specs. that I have not been able to ascertain from any of my manuals or online...

If anyone can fill-in the blanks, I would sincerely appreciate it...

I've got the rest of the information requested by SCCA... Anyone who can help with this stuff would be greatly appreciated... Remember, I have a Dec. 31, deadline for the 2006 season... Otherwise it will be another year before we can get the car into SCCA...

Thanks in advance for your help...

Maybe you should check with Mercedes...or see if the SLK is registered. Use the same engine data as it is the same engine.

I kinda wanna say something else... But I'm not going to since you recently joined the forum... Instead, I'm going to thank you for your input and your recommendation... We kinda know most of this stuff, but there are still a few missing parts...

The SLK320 has never been spec'd. by any of the sanctioning bodies either... This is a hard process unless it is initiated by the manufacturer... Lot of hoops to jump through for a privateer...

I know there are DC employees who routinely visit this forum... They have access to the information...

Sorry, i didn't realize that nobody races their SLKs so there has been no data registered with SCCA on the 3.2 L MB engine.

Good luck with your pursuit and thank you for being kind to a newbie on the forum.
