Lets do something before the holidays.

Hmm. I agree. I think another meet would be fun. Unfortunately, this thread has gotten awfully quiet....

I think it's been quiet because it's tough to plan things around the holidays...I'd really like to do another GTG, but will be out of town for the next 2 weekends visiting family. and

If we do anything in December, I'll definately be there!

Hey guys. I just picked up an 07 Roadster this week. I live in Broken Arrow. Let me know if we ever do another meet.

The 1st GTG was such a good time that I'm pretty much for anything that we can agree upon. Wouldn't mind taking a couple of turns at Hallet, though. Yves was talking about a track at Midwest City, which might be more cost effective. What does everybody think?

Hey everyone. It looks like I'm going to be out of state until mid January or so. I will have to settle for seeing all of you online for the meantime.

Cheers,
Alex

Just missed the last GTG, would like to try to get to the second one. Any one like to do wine tastings? Stroud has 2 or3 wineries always open on Sundays. We could do the Route 66 kind of thing, just my $.02.

Wine? Now THAT is an idea. I was just talking with msxfire about bringing some native Oklahoma wine to the next "Tail of the Dragon" meet in April.

It's time the Okies got organized for another meet. Since POPS worked so great last time, let's rendezvous there, and decide on a cruise. Although I will be out of state doing the "Air Force" thing for most of it, I'd like to suggest shooting for December or January and taking a vote. Vote by copying the dates and adding your name to the days when you're available.

The farmer's almanac is saying that mid-January should be fairly nice...I'm not sure how accurate it is, though. A wine-tasting cruise gets my vote - sounds like a lot of fun.

It seems like January works best for everyone.

Can someone research the winery availability on Saturdays in the area?

Unfortunately, if we do a Sunday, we probably wont' be able to do the Winery cruise. (I'm assuming, and you know what that means.)

There are two wineries in Stroud that are open on Sundays after 12:00 noon. Territory Cellars and Stableridge Winery are always open and sometimes The Wine Village is open also. My wife and I always work Saturdays untill 2:00PM, which would make a short GTG for us. Thats why I was only voting for Sundays.
