OK so I went ahead and put on wider tires in the front this week... That actually took care of the vibration. Totally. If anyone in the Fort Worth area, I recommend Kings Tires!
The rear window is a goner... I found an auto Upholstery place that took out the glass and sewed in a vinyl window. Much better not worrying about that window.
