So what are everyone's plans for the long weekend?

I will most likely work on saturday morning (early) golf from 10 - 2 ish and then college football the rest of the day, church on sunday, then more football watching on monday night. Pretty uneventful i must say.

So, discuss...

 

We are going to our class reunion tonight. I'm closing my store this evening till Tuesday, but I don't having anything else planned so far.

No plans here...just taking the time to get in some R&R.

 

Driving out to youngstown ohio with my girlfriend to visit her grandparents.

 

Working on a honey-do list since I have been gone for the last two weeks. Might get in a drive at some point. Sunday looks like a beer and bbq day and then NASCAR at night.

Date, date, date and another date... the joys of being single... no commitments...

 

If the weather holds up as it has every Sunday of labor day Weekend for the last 15 or so years I'll go to the Vintage Fall Festival at Limerock Park on Sunday. Best Car show on the East Coast in one of the best settings. The drive to the show is as good as the show. Beautiful, single lane, curvy, paved roads in tree covered mountainous terrain, running along a rolling river, with fisherman fly fishing, people kayaking, tents pitched in campsites along the river, with people cooking breakfast over campfires. It rolls like that for about 15-20 miles. I usually go with 3 or more good friends (guys) so a larger car is in order. Memorial Day weekend they held a first ever Sunday Car Show by Hemmings Magazine for Sports and Exotic Cars. I went with my wife for the first time in years and finally got to take my XF Roadster. Top down all the way, magnificent weather, picnic lunch on a hilltop overlooking the fields of cars with your wife of 30+ years. It doesn't get any better than that. If thats what heaven is like I'm ready to go. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.
