There is a Chrysler dealership down the street from my work on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater, FL. Has anyone taken their XF there for service? How would you rate your experience with them?

I need to take mine in for a strange exhaust noise from the left-rear side of the engine bay as well as to replace the steering wheel. The steering wheel is covered by warranty, but not so sure the source of the noise and don't want to run into a scamming repair shop.
