Default Stuck in Park

My 2005 Roadster won't crank. I am in the process of trying different fixes from the forum. In the meanwhile, I need to push my car into my garage. Without starting, it will not allow me to shift into neutral (I have the Auto-stick). I would greatly appreciate anyone's help. Thanks.

Yes sir, Mrmiata, your timing was great. I now have my Crossfire in my garage. I feel kinda foolish, I knew there was a trick but didn't know it would be that simple and convenient.

But back to my original problem. A couple of weeks ago while traveling down the interstate, my speedo went to zero, most of the lights on my dash lit up. I pulled into the next exit. The trans wouldn't shift even manually. Stayed in high gear. Pulled into gas station and let cool down about 20 minutes. It started up and didn't do it again on the way back home. Yesterday I tried to start it, the dash lights up, radio works, etc., but won't crank. The spoiler went up and won't go back down. Battery is just over 4 years so I replaced it just because it was time anyway. Didn't help. I've read about the speed sensor from the trans causing these problems, but will it keep it from cranking?

Latest update. Just for kicks, I performed the fix on the solder joints on the RCM. No change. Other than dash lights coming on, nothing happens, no clicking or anything, when you turn the key to start. Brand new battery. Terminals and cables are clean and corrosion free.

I've never heard of the speed sensor causing a "no crank" situation. Spoiler deploying says low voltage situation. Have you checked where the battery cable grounds to the car?

OK. I checked the ground to the car body. Connection is tight and clean with absolutely no corrosion. Let me expand on the incident with the speedo. When the speedo went to zero, the dash had most lights on, and trans wouldn't shift out of high gear. When I stopped at a gas station, the spoiler would not go down on manual, and the car would not restart after I killed it. Acted exactly as it is now. Power to dash, radio, lights, etc., but spoiler would not respond and the starter would not even try to crank. After a 20-30 minute wait, the car started and everything acted normal including the spoiler. That was 2 weeks ago.

Since then, it will not attempt to start and spoiler went up and will not go back down with the switch. I bought a new battery and installed. The voltage is 12.59. When I turn the key to attempt to start the voltage does not go below 12.35. The only sounds are a few relays under the hood when you first turn the key to the "On" position, but nothing else when you turn to "Start".

Have you been in a rainy area where water could've gotten into (leaked) the hatch area? There are some electronics under there that can cause some problems if they get wet.

What are the car specifics (year, coupe/roadster, limited/base, NA/SRT, etc)?

RL

That little "flap" was pushed in already when I bought my car with 38,000 miles on it so apparently someone had already taken care of the shifter problem. I'm wondering if there is a way to make that flap come back up so it looks nicer. Right now there is a hole there and it looks like that plastic piece just broke off!
