Default Trunk wouldn't unlock!!

Twice in the last week, while my wife was using her '05 Roadster, she put the top down and drove to work, after shutting the car off, tried to unlock the trunk to get her gym bag out and the trunk would not unlock? Later when she got home and tried to unlock the trunk no problem.
Anyone else ever have this problem?

Maybe there was a kink in the vacuum line that releases the lock.

I have experienced this problem also. Usually if I hit the unlock twice on the keyfob the trunk unlocks. Every once in a while it fails to work though... I have found that if you push down on the trunk a little (read...forcefully!) and hit the unlock button another 2 times it usually works fine.

It's annoying as hell...but not enough so that I want to give the car up to the dealer for god only knows how long!

If you do have this problem repaired I'd be interested in knowing what the fix/problem was!
