If you want traction on the street Nitto 555R's are the hardest compound drag radial.......but still softer than "normal" street tires.......and will last around 15k miles. I ran 305/35 20 555R's on my Charger and it HOOKED on the street with 460rwhp/440rwtq.
As far as the track goes I would go with Hoosiers or M/Ts

so I havent been on this forum is quite some time since im trying to finish up my degree and get a real job! lol, but wow have things changed, the progress is amazing and i never thought I would be so happy to have my warranty expire
Keep up the good work and count me in!
Yeah, I'm still working on it. A very large change is going to be made on it though. Project XS is most likely going to change to Project XT.
It looks like all those intake flanges I had made are going to be put to good use. Kinda like preparation A-G were a complete failure...LOL

Edit: well second, but I want to erase the first from my mind.
That yellow thing is still stuck in my head too. Its hard to pass up the efficiency and the cost is comparable.

I'm thinking single for simplicity but who knows. As far as the supercharger goes, I have put 5500 miles on it with no problems(other than premature balding
). The turbo will leave a lot more room for a water to air intercooler, its much easier to test the boost limits, no parasitic drag on the crank, etc...
If the motor ever blows I'm sure something much more user friendly would take its place.

Chuck where do you plan on mounting ? Under the hood ? I have been pondering the remote setup. I know it comes with a few ... Well problems but it has advantages too...
