Do they mention tuning at all? I would wait for Chuck's set up, but just wondering.

http://infinitas.co.za/ <------------- I had a look at this site and it looks all well and legit. BUT I'm thinking they may be dodgy because it says kits for Chrysler Crossfire, why doesnt it also say Mercedes SLK 320 or CLK 320 also?? bit odd it only lists Chrysler Crossfire. My thoughts anyway. COME ON CHUCK Get yours ready haha.

the sk1 isn't thier best charger, and it makes an impressive 300hp, now with chucks set up I'm willing to bet it will push 330-340hp

It's probably because it isn't necessary. .5 Bar = 7.25 PSI

That's pretty low boost. The other psi on the market, kleeman, has no intercooler on their 6 psi kit but does on the 8psi kit,but I am sure at 7.5psi its okay, but our engine's get really hot.

Wasn't Chuck meant to have the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times by the 19th? I looked on his myspace and it isn't there

I wonder if it'l beat the SRT-6's. That would sure wipe the smile of there dial.

he can probaly tune it to blow away stock srt6 off the line as it take a split second for the clutch to engage on the srt. don't forget the imited has better gearing on the final drive, and the 6 speed limiteds have a deeper 1st gear,so you better start practicing your launch. but this is really a GT car, If I where you I would spend my money on suspension first as the car plows like mad.

if the srt6 is modded then don't bother trying to beat em.

I'm pretty sure the eaton will get the limited to 330hp

feel free to go to the German site, they sell the same stuff. South Africa is where many wealthy Germans reside.

BlueStorm your right about the suspension side of things these cars are abit loose especially when under heavy cornering. Have you done any suspension work to yours? any pointers on where to start?

I want to experiment with sway bars. I would like to reduce body roll, and have a stiffer rear bar to reduce understeer.

Sorry guys, I have been sick for the last three days. There is a nasty flu type virus going around. I should have taken the car to the track and gotten the numbers but haven't felt like doing much other than medicating and taking it easy.

It's not really drifting off topic I mean nothing else is happening here got to talk about something to keep the thread alive.

And the sway bars is a great idea, just wondering where we can get some to fit our XF's.

Patience grasshopper, good things take time. With these low temperatures its hard to get traction in second gear and nearly impossible in first. I have to get some street slicks(although my michelins are pretty bald now). Anyone have any sugestions? I was thinking about Nittos.
