Default TPM - False Alarms?

Has anyone had any issues with false TPM warnings. In reading the manual, it states that this system monitors other things besides tire pressure. Should this symbol always show when other alarms sound?
Have not checked Tire Pressure yet.

Low Fuel light comes on (TPM symbol shows)

Door ajar alram sounds (TPM symbol shows)

Seat belt alarm sounds (TPM symbol shows)

After 3 starts, it appears to reset and go away :?: :?:

No false TPM warnings. Came on once during an unseasonably cold day between hot days and checking with my pressure guage showed all 4 tires at 5 PSI lower than recommended.

Inflated tires to recommended pressure and light went off.

My guess would be that the monitors nedd to be reset. This has to be done by the dealer. It only takes about 5-10 minutes. They hook up the computer console and go around to each wheel/sensor with a magnet. The system "reads" each sensor and resets the onboard computer.

I have to have mine reset when I change over from my summer to winter tires.

If that does not fix it, it may be a bad sensor.

In either case, it is time for a call to your dealer.

Hope this helps.
