Default Problem #2: Blower does not turn off. Does not blow cold air.

This only happens occasionally, I will turn on the A/C and the air coming out will not be cold, but instead just air. When I go to turn it off (say I had it on 4) It'll keep blowing at 4. Right now it's working fine, this problem comes and goes. It's very difficult to explain this problem to a mechanic. No error codes come up or anything.

it's gotta be a short in the switch/wiring somewhere.

i also see you've got another thread about your headlights could be some sort of weird grounding issue that's screwing up both headlights and a/c/fan

I found the thread above that seems to be the same issue. According to one of the posters, it is the blower regulator that I need to get replaced.
