Default Looking for the next easy mod

The Keyless Entry Alert was a great mod. Trying to search for something else as interesting. Maybe someone can advise on something they have come across that is a good mod for me and my Roadster. Ron

If you havnt had you window fixed in the rear... have it fixed!!
I have a coupe, but my Dad drove his roadster down this past week, and the FL heat got to it and caused the entire glass to fall out while the car was in a parking lot.
Thanks to Tighed's instructions, and some window weld, hes back and better than new.
Insurance company was going to replace the entire top, and his deductible would have covered it, but the window weld worked great, and his insurance agent said if it didnt hold or came loose his glass policy would cover it.
BTW..
thanks tighed!

Is this really a problem. I would hate to make a mess out of something thats not broken. Are they originally just glued in? How long does this project take and is it difficult? Ron

It has been for those of us blessed with massive sunshine. Cycle your top till the window is basically in a straight up position. Inspect the edges of the window to see if you have any separation with the canvas.

The entire link reference this is HERE

Click on the red entries in my signature block that will link you to some of the cheap simple things I did to make life a little easier after I got my Crossfire. It is a very nice car, but there are a few things that could be improved. The sun through the side windows is hard to take at times. I also made the low beams come on with the ignition (daytime running) by interconnecting and adding a fuse at the fuse panel. It seems to help keep the inside of the headlight housing drier. I've been meaning to post something on that, but so little time. In the process of moving.
