Default Turn Signals on Side View Mirrors

I'm toying with the idea of mounting some low profile, flush mount turn signals on my side view mirrors. Has anyone else attempted this? I tried search and came up with nothing. Should I even pursue it? I doOr is there another option I may be missing? If I do this, will it potentially cause a "bulb out" code or something because of the voltage difference?

Any help will be appreciated. If I can figure out how to do this I think it would look pretty slick.

There was someone on here recently who did a bunch of mods to his car - outside the US - Germany maybe? ... He didn't do turn signals on the mirrors, but slotted the mirror housings and added turn signals there. Tried to search for the thread, but not sure what to search for - didn't come up with anything.

Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't mind trying something like that, although I admit I was really wanting a more benz look with a turn signal mounted to the front of the mirror housing.

I guess my search skills suck. I just found this thread talking about this topic. I followed the leeauto.com link... photo is a little vague.

That's exactly what I want. I bought some small ones to mount on the rear of my bike. There are lots of different types. I have seen some that mount through a slot from the back. I like the look, but because there is no bezel, the slot would have to be machined perfectly or they would look horrible.

There's got to be something out there.

If I remember right, the post was titled "my car with Kleemann"

He did do some very high class mods, I look back at the post quite often just to smile.

YEP!! That's it. That's what I want. I'll take his license plate too!

Or, I could just buy this Audi. https://www.crossfireforum.org/galle...hp?photo=42358

Thank you!

I'm a big fan of the Konigseder front lip with the LED light strip in it. One more thing to add to my ever-growing future mod list, haha.

Yeah, I saw that one as well. Although, from the looks of it, I would say it might have been an early iteration of his idea. It certainly doesn't look like an opening that would house the turn indicator that he ended up with. Which looks great by the way.

And may I say, I've looked at hundreds of wheels for my SSB, and I can't find one pair that look as good on the car as yours do. IMO.
