Default Missing Front Bumper Clip?

While looking around under the front of my car, I noticed that there appears to be a clip (or screw) missing where the front bumper should attach to the black plastic belly pan under the engine. At the bottom, center of the bumper, there is a tab sticking back with a hole in it, and there is a matching hole in the belly pan. I assume there is supposed to be a clip there, but I looked at three other Crossfires on the dealer lot this morning and none of them had anything in the hole.

I will call the dealer later today, but was just wondering if anyone else had noticed this, or could confirm that there is supposed to be a clip there.

Thanks,
Craig

I don't have mine with me today. I will check it when I get home.... Is it a drain hole to keep fluids from collecting in the belly pan? Just a thought.

I didn't think of that. The hole in the belly pan is in a small protruding portion that could act as a collection point to drain any fluids.

none of the crossfire's come with the center clip/pin for the lower front bumper (underneath-center)...i added one to mine.

here you go. the clip is similiar to the clips used in the crossfire's rear cargo area to hold the side trim panels in place.

no drain hole...just a missing clip to further secure the lower front bumper in place.
