Therfore, this machining of bearing size would have to be very scientific to ensure these issues are addressed ??
bearing failure would be a possibility but until the s/c pulley was small enough to spin it faster than the 185 would spin the s/c you wouldn't have any issues. and of course with any pulley change you need a great tune to make the most of the pulley

I'm interested in making my SRT a little faster and I understand the pulley change aspect...What is the Code 3 pulley and why is it soooooo special? Also, why is it so hard to make them? Are they better than any of the pulleys currently avail?

the c3 is a s/c pulley not a crank pulley. this allows for inc. boost without spinning any other pulleys faster and it is a 1000 times easier to install than the crank pulleys.

it isn't a matter of better its a matter of choice. for me i prefer not to mess with the crank on the car. the c3 is about a 20min install.
the reason for the difficulty to build them is the same as any other build. potential profit. just not enough profit to warrant the r&d and materials involved

Just wondering if there are any updates on this?....really hoping this comes through just install the NW Dcai and had Jerry tune very impressed so far.
