Default ScanGuage II and Eurocharged Tune

I'm going to be getting a Eurocharged Tune done on Saturday along with a group from Southern Ontario. I use a ScanGuage II with XGuage capability and I was wondering if any members here have recommendations for programming particular useful reporting aspects from the car. What parameters to monitor Before and After the tune?

I've added Horsepower to the set of readouts but there are a whole host of attributes that have the potential to be displayed/monitored that I have no clue about.

Can anyone shed light on this topic or share programming details based on their experience with this device?

I don't know about gauges, but if you keep putting that top up and down, you are going to run the battery down....for sure....

Well, you are $265 lighter, can that be factored into the before and after?

I suppose it can, Dave, because as they say - money talks ... unfortunately though all it ever says to me is, "Goodbye!".

Doc, I'll have to come up with something inspirational for my new Avatar ... maybe pics of an everchanging ScanGuage display! I'll work on it. Good thing that I got that "float charger" to keep the battery fresh!

I find mine interesting to monitor while I drive. I usually have a display of green like the dash and then monitor these 4 parameters on the screen simaultaneously:
Instant Fuel MPG or L/100km
Average Fuel MPG or L/100km
either Horsepower or RPM
Maximum Absolute Manifold Vacuum

That way I can set up for maximum fuel efficiency when I'm running on cruise. It just makes it fun to have the trip computer available. It also gives me distance traveled, max RPM, max speed attained and a host of other more stealthy things I'd like to know (or delete !!)

I quess I need to look at mine more...bought, threw it in the drawer, after taking a code reading one day...it might have some other uses for me....getting ready to install the Zeitronic Dashdaq soon...saving up to buy one from Rob...hopefully pick it up the end of May...and will monitor everything with it...
