Default WET INSIDE OF HEADLIGHT LENS DURING WET DAMP WEATHER?

I AM WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS THE FOLLOWING CONDITION FORM DURING DAMP WEATHER. DURING A RAIN STORM OR HEAVY FOG, I HAVE FOUND THAT WATER COMPLETELY COVERS THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF THE HEADLIGHT LENS. IF YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM, WHAT WAS DONE TO CUE THIS ACTION?

Yes this is a common problem, especially here in the UK where we have lots of damp weather! I spoke to my local dealer about this a few weeks ago and they said Chrysler are aware of the problem but don't have a fix yet. Dealers have been told not to replace the headlights as the replacement ones have the same problem. The dealer said he expected a fix in about 2 months so lets wait and see...

Many people early on that had this problem got replacement headlight assemblies and the problem still existed.

Seems I recall D/C came out with a notice to dealers several months ago telling them they wouldn't reimburse dealerships who replaced whole assemblies for this problem.

As mentioned, the suggested "fix" was to turn on the headlights for a few minutes and it would clear up. That worked the one time I noticed it on mine.

APPRECIATE THE REPLIES ON THE WET HEADLIGHT CONDITION.
ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO, MY DEALER WOULD NOT RESEARCH THIS PROBLEM FOR ME WITH CHRYSLER. THIS CONDITION DOES NOT APPEAR HERE AT THE ARIZONA DESERT; EVENT WITH WETNESS APPEARED AT THE CALIFORNIA COAST. AGAIN THANKS!!!!!

Default TO SALDOUS:

BECAUSE OF THE HIGH RATE THAT AUTOS ARE STOLEN HERE, MUCH OF THE GOODIES I HAVE INSTALLED IN MY X-FIRE ARE FOR ANTI-THIEF.
AUTOS ARE STOLEN HERE AND QUICKLY TAKEN TO GOOD OLE MEXICO.
MY EQUIPMENT RANGES FROM DAY/NIGHT COLOR CAMERAS, WIRELESS TRANSMITTERS AND PORTABLE RECORDERS. MOVEMENTS ARE MONITORED BY A CONTRACT GPS LOCATION FINDER CONTRACTOR. I ALSO USE A THIRD CAMERA WITH A MAGNETIC MOUNT TO MONITOR WHEEL BALANCE AND OTHER EQUIPMENT DURING TRAVEL.
I WILL DETAIL MY EQUIPMENT IN ABOUT FOUR TO FIVE DAYS.
