Sprint Booster or Eurocharged Tune?
call jerry@eurocharged.com or adam@eurocharged.com and discuss with them what they can do for you. My NA roadster started out with ,I think, 179 RWHP. Did a few low cost mods and the tune, now 211.4 RWHP and I have no complaint with TR. They have other locations too, not just Houston. Ask them about that too. Get names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses at the location you want to use. Phone # in Houston is: 281-206-0076. My first tune added about 24 RWHP, they will re-tune free if you make another mod. I think it is a great deal.

I actually just got my tune yesterday. It was the "remote" tune via the internet. I can feel minor changes but nothing drastic really.
Has anyone else gotten just the Euro Tune and felt a BIG difference in response? I personally can't tell THAT much difference...??
After I installed the intake I only felt a small difference. After I got the tune, again I only felt a small difference. I went and test drove another Crossfire about a week ago and holy cow can I tell a difference! Mine feels so much more powerful than the stock one does. Unless you have something to compare to I guess it's hard to gauge.

I would eventually like to get both if they are both needed/beneficial but I'm more concerned with throttle response initially as proper downshifting is a PITA with the sluggish throttle in my XFire and it's the one thing I don't enjoy immensely about the car.
So to me,
1.Install a Sprint Booster
2.Get a Eurocharged ECU tune.
3.JMHO

Uh, if the top goes down, it's a pretty safe bet it's a roadster, if it don't, then it's a coupe ....
Nope, you are good to go!

Have you tried resetting the throttle ? After you drive it in everyday traffic etc it becomes attuned to that behavior and sets itself for that type of driving. reset the throttle and see if it helps.
I bought the euro tune a while back with my car stock. I felt an instant increase in TR and power. also rpms felt like they dropped faster for quicker shifts. MY ONLY ISSUE WITH THE TUNE, mid way of rewriting the ECU, the gentleman on the phone(I forgot his name) told me that my batter wasn't at a great enough state of charge and that the rewriting could not be completed unless I ether jumped the car and had another car supply battery or I bought a battery pack to supply a charge (which I couldn't do due to low funds and no other vehicle to go out and purchase one). I ended up finding jumper cables long enough to reach from rear of car to batter n had a buddy supply me with enough charge to finish the process. YES, this process was lengthy due to this issue I ran into but in the end it was WELL worth the $300 for a lifetime tuning supply at my own pace
I havve searched the forum already and did not find what I'm looking for so I wanted to know if anyone has any instructions on how to install the sprint booster that might include some pictures. I haven't purchased one yet and I'm not sure I want to tackle it without knowing what I'm in for. Thanks for any help.
https://www.sprintboostersales.com/installation.cfmI think if you know the difference between an open end wrench and boxed end your qualified to install.. everything I've seen on them says "easy"..

so how does the tune effect the autostick? dont want to hijack the thread just curious? does it still keep me from being able to harm the car and only shifting when it safe?
Hijack? This is staying on topic more than any other thread around.. LOL.
If I recall correctly... it does move the top end limiter up.. but really who needs that on the street (150++mph). NOBODY has reported a blown engine or otherwise with the tune.. It's 100% safe for your car. In fact since dumping the Turbo (or did they dump us?) I've put on the 74mm TB and tune is on the next "on sale" list of things to do. I'm leary of a remote computer tune (if it can go wrong.. it probably will for me..lol) but I guess if I get my car close enough to my home wifi to get a good signal, I at least won't be sitting in a McDonalds parking lot waiting on a call back to "try this again"..

my advise would be to buy both when you can afford it. but if you want to notice anything get the sprint booster installed first then it will be a little sweeter once getting the euro tune done. dont forget the NW intakes =) and your set!

WiFi is for wusses.
There is a masive differnce i also have the eurocharged tune and the sprint booster , when i turn the sprint booster off my car feels so slugish and slow to accelerate, sure the tune does help from stock and it does gain horses but tbh i could not really feel any differnce when i left the shop from getting it tuned.
