But the car doesn't make a sound when i try to turn it on!

There is the plug that is on the back of the ignition switch, did you put that back on, did it get damaged on some pins?
Also, there is the halo ring that goes around the ignition keyhole, is that on? The other end of the halo wire plugs into the SKREEM module if that has become damaged or unplugged the car will not start.

Someone forgot to put the halo back on a few years back, but I think it cranked but did not start.

yes I did put the the wire from the back on!
the one thing I couldn't find was were the key hole ring goes.
The cable I mean of course is so small and skinny plug.
but cant remember or cant find the plug in entrance ?
but I would think that for the green light it has right? I don't think It would affect the cars
ignition .
Im very frustrated and just want the car to run...
if its not one thing its the other

That halo ring determines if the car has the correctly chipped key in the ignition.

So to put it simply.

No correct chip in the key in the ignition = no start.
No halo ring signal = no start.

Hook up the ring.

To put it simply.
The halo ring is a part of the anti-theft system.
If the car would start without the halo ring hooked up, a thief would only have to pull of the wire and drive away. OK?

It is behind the radio under the dash pad.
If you look at these posts (click) the third or fourth one down asks for pictures of the SKREEM module and there are three pics of it in a post.
