Help Please - 2nd time no start
I have a 2007 Roadster with 12,600 miles and a couple of months ago, it would not start. Key would turn but I didn't hear anything when it is turned to start (click). However had all electrical lights on dash panel, headlights but key fob did not work. Once I charged the battery -- the car started.
Well problem has happened again, yesterday, have lights on dash, headlights, dome light, but no horn. I tried charging the battery again (Interstate battery purchased last year) but that didn't seem to work. Any ideas before I have it towed to the dealer. Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm away from home and the service manual, but the "no horn" may be quite a clue.
RCM. (Relay Control Module)
The RCM is a known troublemaker that causes a 'no crank' condition and can also cause a "crank but no start" when it causes the fuel pump to not have power.
Resoldering ALL contacts and pins on the RCM is the answer in this case.

Components that need a lot of amps to operate need good contacts along the way from the battery to the ground. If not you get sparking between the poor contacts and a loss of amperage.
Could be a loose battery clamp even.

How did I do that?? The a is nowhere near the u on the keyboard!! And how did you catch that with one keen eye........or was your gaidar up?
Not that theres anything wrong with that.
Sorry for the late response but was having some family issues to deal with. Finally brought car to dealership and they said it was coming up with code for SKREEM. They orderd the part hopefully that will resolve the issue. I never had the exact symptoms for SKREEM module (problem the car cranks three times and then quits cranking until it is reset with a battery disconnect, it then repeats the cycle). My car was running fine on a Saturday went out on Thursday, however car would not start (didn't hear any crank). Disconnect battery tried again and still no start. Never had any issues with it before regarding starting it up. I did mentioned to the dealer to check CPS & RCM but he said code was for SKREEM. When he told me the price--I would think that it would be covered under extended warranty. (I hardly ever activate the alarm system on my car, maybe that could have some impact on SKREEM). I didn't use because heard all the horror stories of alarm going off and not being able to shut it off. Hope I don't have any issues with my keys when it is fixed. Thank all of your for help. I'll let you know the outcome.
